Coconut Prawns
really crispy love it
Lomo Saltado
I spent two months in Arequipa, Peru, in 2019. I ate Lomo Saltado numerous times at some of the city's best restaurants. The Lomo Saltado I had at Pink Salt was as good or better than any I had in Peru. Tender beef nicely seasoned. Both rice and french fries, as is traditional. Highly recommended.
Cordero Pachamanquero
I really enjoyed how juicy the meat was and flavorful. I truly liked how the flavors resonated closely to pachamanca.
Anticucho
Delicious, tender skewered grass-fed Angus beef melts in your mouth. Served with baby potatoes and beautiful, luscious sauces. *chef's kiss*
Ceviche Clasico
A culinary travel to Peru for your tastebuds, the ceviche clasico will have you picking up the bowl and slurping the leche de tigre in pure delight. You will find yourself ordering a second one just for yourself.
Pesto Risotto with Chicken
Fantastic. Didnt feel the same about beef dish that was served with white rice and potatoes.
Anticucho
Having missed Peru for a few years now, these anticuchos brought me back to Lima where I first had them. The tenderness of the meat along with the burst of flavor had me ordering another plate!
Yuca Rellena
Warm, creamy, melt-y balls of lightly fried Gouda cheese, served with tasty dipping sauce. Exquisite.
Papas Fritas
Yummy papas fritas, French fried potatoes with skin on and lightly salted, served with two dipping sauces, perfect for sharing.
Pesto Risotto with Tenderloin
Honestly one of my favorite meals I've ever had. The risotto was creamy, luxurious and perfectly seasoned. The steak was prepared *perfectly* and paired amazingly with the flavors of the risotto. The chimichurri was the cherry on top -- all the compliments to the chef. I had it with an amazing mocktail and had just enough room for the coconut flan for dessert (which is also to die for). And the service was top notch by every one who visited my table. 100 out of 10, will definitely be ordering again!
